I have a Fitbit Versa that was purchased just about 1 year ago and today when it wouldn't sync with my phone I turned it off. In past when I had sync issues turning it off and back on abain would fix the problem. Today when I turned it off it will not turn back on again. It's as if the battery is dead. I placed it on the charger but it made no difference.
Anyone else have this issue before?

This happened today to my Versa. Also got it a year ago at Christmas. Has never went dead before and always charges but nothing is working. Was chatting with live chat troubleshooting then they just ended chat.

This happend to my grandmother's watch i tryed to hold the side button nothing happen charged it for 3hrs nothing so i iluged it in to a fast charging block and poof it turned on
