Two days ago I looked at my Versa and noticed it was turned off. I thought maybe the battery died so I put it on the charger. After about 30 min on the charger I put it back on, wore it for about 30min and noticed it was back off. Charged it longer later that day, wore it all night and about 2hrs after being awake, noticed it turned back off again. The last sync showed a 67% charge on the device so battery was not dead. Once it turns itself off, I can not get it to turn back on without placing it on the charger. Same thing happened the next day. Versa turned off, placed on charger, immediately turned back on, charged it to 90%, worked overnight and turned itself back off within a few hours of being awake. Chatted with Fitbit and was told my device is defective and out of warranty. My Versa is 2yrs old. I would expect it to last longer than that!!
