my versa will not work. I’ve have for almost 2 months now. It turns on but the home screen is gray and shows nothing. Every time I click on something, like exercise or alarms, for example, it doesn’t do anything. It won’t sync with my phone either.

If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
