Hi folks - before I explain my issues I just want to make it clear that I have tried the standard fixes for my issues (turned the watch off. turned the app off. rebooted all devices. I even factory reset my watch)
I have two devices that SHOULD be compatible with my Versa (I'd also like to note that this watch is less than a year old.)
- iPad 9.7", iOS version 12.1.4
-Huwawei P20 (NOT LITE. NOT PRO. This is important as every thread I can find only outlines about the 20!!!) - Android version 9m EMUI version 9 (This is Huwawei's OS)
The initial issue I was having is that I can't get the watch to establish a bluetooth connection with my phone - a little frustrating as I would like to get my notifications, but whatever, I'll hook it up to the iPad so I can at least track things. All was well and good for a while, but I stopped wearing my watch for a bit, leading me to not updating in in a timely manner. So this week, when I tried to update the Versa, it was going for 2 days, it would "Download" get to the end "Install" and then loop within the app on the iPad, and the watch it self would get to probably 75% complete.
I decided hey, maybe a factory reset is the way to go, and then do the update. Well, now both devices (Phone and iPad) refuse to establish a bluetooth connection with the watch.
I purchased my watch in July, and I am at my wits end and have been unable to find anything helpful on what is happening. I'd really appreciate it if someone could provide some insight, as I really DO like my Versa.

Hi @cutethulhoo Unfortunately as far as I can see the Huawei P20 is NOT supported and, unless your iPad 9.7" is the Pro 9.7, it is not supported either. See the Supported Devices List
All you can donis work through all the suggestions in THIS Help Article on Syncing issues.
