Hi guys,
has as anyone else’s noticed their posts have been cut short? Not everything written is being shown.
Any suggestions how to resolve the issue?
I contacted the Fitbit team and all they suggested was to -
- Log out from your Fitbit account .
- Tap on the 'Account' icon.
- Scroll all the way down and press log out.
- Log back in the Fitbit app.
obviously this didn’t work.

I will gladly assist you with the issue you are having with your posts. and sorry for the late reply. Which phone are you using? Which OS version is it running? Could you share a screenshot of this? Is your app up to date? Try logging out from the app but now restart your phone, after this log back in.
