Versa reminders to move not working

Today I updated my versa and now not notification my reminder for moved.. any suggestion? I chek all settings and iis ok. I restar the watch and the problem continue. What I can do?

@chely_04 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! Sorry to hear that your reminders to move aren't working. Check that your Versa isn't in its Do not Disturb mode by long pressing the right button and checking that Notifications are on. If the issue persist then remove the reminders to move, sync your Versa and enable them again and sync.

I am having the same issue, I was getting reminders yesterday but nothing today. I tried the suggestion from the FitBit employee, but it didn't work.

 

Any other suggestions?

My move reminders not only stopped working, the setting for move reminders has disappeared altogether. The battery also isn’t staying charged as long (3 days max). This is my third device and this always seems to happen when there’s a new version of a device released. It’s annoying enough to make me consider another brand.
