Versa 2 stuck on Fitbit Logo

My fitibit is stuck on the logo screen.  I have followed many others on the forum for resetting and it still only shows the logo.  There isn't any vibrations or anything.

Mine did that too, then stopped tracking, then went completely black. Have a two year warranty until June 2022. Had to mail back everything and am waiting for a replacement.

That sucks!  2 years?  That's good, I'm just over a year!!  I though I was looking at having to buy a new one.    Thanks!!

I did purchase the optional insurance since I had so much trouble with the
Charge 2.

@Lbologna3 I'm glad to hear your replacement is on its way. 

@Jwiens7145 In addition to the steps you've performed so far, please try the following:

 

  • Remove your Versa 2 from your Fitbit account and unpair it from your phone's Bluetooth.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Setup your Versa 2 again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa.

If you can't get started with your Versa 2, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

I am hoping it is on the way. I have had no correspondence from Fitbit
since I shipped it on the 12th of April.

I did that and I'm back to having no screen and it won't pair.  Doesn't see it when searching

Call Fitbit to see if you still have coverage under the warranty, or you
can do a chat with them on line

Just wondering what I can do to get a real response from the issue I have with my Versa 2. I mailed it back April 14th around 5pm with their parsel post label. The post office checked it in around 6:30pm. It stayed there until the 16th where it was transferred to FedEx. I cannot get any information on it's whereabouts and only get a programmed response when I email them. It's been over two and a half weeks and I have no information on where it is and when the replacement can get to me. They only say they will mail one out  5 days after they receive it.
