Versa replacement order issue

Hi there

So I have mailed Fitbit my versa cause it was going wrong and it couldn’t be fixed. They said that in about 5-7 business days I should be getting my Fitbit versa replacement some said they got theirs while others hadn’t even. I want to know your experience

i can relate. I ordered a replacement versa around three weeks ago, and it STILL has not arrived at the warehouse. I am considering just buying an Apple Watch.
