Versa restarted alone today

Why did my versa restart alone today? I already had to replace my previous versa for sudden interruptions during the exercise log. After two months my replacement restarted by itself. Pretty sure it shouldn’t be doing this. 

Suggestions?

Hi, try restarting your Versa several times in a row by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the  keys. See if this stops the random restarts.

I'm sorry to hear your Versa randomly restarted itself and if it caused any inconvenience. If this happens again, please let me know and I can escalate the issue for investigation.

Hi,

I have already restarted it several times this last two weeks because I had two issues: 1) over reading floors and 2) It stopped measuring heart rate randomly.

Hi, I'm afraid that the next step will be a Factory Reset: press and hold all three buttons together untill you feel, can take up to 15 secs) a strong vibration and release only the right lower key. Remember that by doing that the Versa is brought back to the "in th box" state and needs to be setup all over again with your mobile device. Good luck!!
