Versa restarted step count at 10pm

Hi  versa just wiped out all steps and appears to have reset about 9pm  I hadn’t worn it for two weeks as forgot to take charger away with me. Charged up and appeared fine yday. But when syncing there was some upgrade. Then nothing no sleep details or steps for yday or today.

me second issue is the app will not recognise my wifi to update fir some reason no issues with using wifi on any other app

Hello @Melsin 

 

When you haven't used the device and the battery was dead it's best to do a restart a few times. Have you tried that? See if that helps, then let us know.
