Today during my workout my versa restarted itself and I chatted with support about it and I am keeping an eye on it over the next week. However now as I am sitting at my desk, my versa just restarted itself again. Anyone else having this issue?
Hi- I contacted Fitbit support. I made sure to take video of the watch resetting itself, and the problem persisting. It was a pain, but it helped to demonstrate the issue and what a hassle it was causing. Hope this helps!
I called customer service numerous times after finding several posts indicating that after the Firmware update in early Dec. people were having this issue. Then the heart rate on mine was way off. I was persistent in calling and documenting with them all the issues. I finally got a new one sent it has a new firmware update....I haven't updated it as I see people are still having issues. My works fine now. Just like my prior one did until I upgraded the firmware.
