Hey @Ma1234gb, welcome to the Community! Yes, as @Rich_Laue mentioned, this might happen usually when the battery level is low, however, if the battery level is more than half, this could be due to a connectivity issue, so let me ask you this, what phone model are you using to sync? Is it a compatible device?
Let me know how it goes!
Best Answer@Ma1234gb yes, @Rich_Laue is right. As your battery is 60%, can you share your phone model and OS? Also, is this a recent development? Perhaps after a recent update? Does it restart no matter the device you sync it with? Have you tried syncing it with a computer or tablet or even other phone? If it reboots no matter the type of device I'm afraid you might have to perform a factory reset (wipe versa) to restore it to factory defaults. You will have to set up your tracker again, of course.
Best AnswerHi, I have the exact same issue, and I have the Versa 4 with iPhone SE 2nd gen. I believe these are both compatible? For me, the issue started yesterday after having my Versa 4 since October. It has also had other sync issues, but they are probably irrelevant. My thoughts are that it could be a bug they tried to fix, but they messed everything up.
Best AnswerHave you recently updated your Versa 4?
How much battery did the Versa 4 have?
Does it reboot with a background sync? Or just when you open the app.
