Wondering if anyone else has had this issue. I bought a Versa and after 4 months it dies. Not sick, died Dead! I call Fitbit - they tell me they will exchange it. They send me a label and I take it to Fed-ex right away. I track the shipment which leaves Los Angeles and travels the country only to return to California. Arizona, Texas, NC, Pennsylvania, on and on. 10 days have passed and the shipment is back in California but has not been delivered. They tell me it will take 10 days (another 10 ten days) BEFORE they will send out a new device!!! When I call for support I am not speaking to a US rep and they cannot give me an explanation. I have tweeted the CEO and he's ignored me. Any ideas about what I can do? I spent a lot of money on this device. AND I've had multiple Fitbit devices in the past. But maybe its time to take my business to another company. Thoughts????
