Versa 2 blank screen

Hi there

my versa 2 stopped working completely. I tried to restart the watch but it didn't respond. there was a green light at the back completely gone now. I left it to charge and on my app it says 100% charge but the screen won't turn on. I tried restarting it doesnt work. I uninstalled and reinstalled the watch and it vibrates however when the phone asks for the 4 number pin the watch doesn't display anything. it vibrates but thats it. so i am now unable to reinstall the watch either.
