I have noticed today that my buttons on the right hand side are not functioning the same way they used to.
The top button used to allow me to select a work out and now when I press it it just goes straight to music and I can't get out of that function.
The bottom button just goes straight to alarm instead of the apps.
I have tried restarting it a few times and nothing has changed.

@stjnazarene welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since the right hand buttons are not working properly. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
Please try cleaning around the buttons with a toothpick. There are times that this part of the watch accumulates dust or moisture and this may be the reason why the buttons don't work properly. After this, monitor your watch and see if the buttons work as they should.

@stjnazarene I'm sorry for the late response. However, regarding the buttons issue that your Versa was experiencing, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via email. I'm so glad to hear that a solution was provided and you will be back on track soon.
