I receive my messages just fine on my versa. However, I used to get a vibration that would indicate the arrival of a new message or call. That no longer happens. How can I fix this?

@SunsetRunner welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it's not vibrating when you get a text or call notification.
Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. This will refresh your watch internally. After this, turn off the notifications and turn them back on again. Finally, monitor your watch and see if it vibrates when receiving call/text notifications.
Keep me posted on the outcome! ![]()

@SunsetRunner I'm sorry for the late response. However, I appreciate your time in getting back.
Since the issue persists, I'd like you to try one more workaround, which has been helpful for this type of issues.
Please try a factory reset. To do so on your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data. Sync your Versa before this in order to avoid losing current data.
Finally, monitor your watch again and see if it vibrates when getting notifications.
Let me know how it goes! ![]()
