Is Fitbit covering up an issue with faulty Bluetooth components in the Versa ? Because it seems to be a very widespread problem. My Versa will connect to my iPhone for 1 or 2 seconds then immediately lose the connection. At other times, it will work fine. I have had no such problems with the Charge 3.
Surely, this is a hardware issue that can’t be solved with a software update. From what I’ve found online, this has been going on for a very long time.

@Adam7 welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it gets disconnected from your phone.
If you haven't done so, please restart your Versa as described in this help article. This will refresh your watch internally. After this, check out if there are no many Bluetooth devices connected to your phone since this also may affect the connection between your watch and phone.
Let me know how it goes!

I have restarted the Versa multiple times. I have also reinstalled the Fitbit phone app. Nothing works.
Fitbit obviously messed up when designing/selecting the Bluetooth subcomponents for the Versa. They won’t admit it because they don’t want to be held liable for the cost of replacements/refunds.
I am posting it back to Amazon for a refund.
