Versa's Charge

Versa will no longer hold a charge for more than one hour . I have restarted the device, the device is suppose to be able to be used in water , but I dont put it in water.. I dont know what the problem is. Ive never had this many problems with a cheap smart watch, why when I want to do name brand with more features its a hassle ..!

The best option would the the "Live chat" as this is the quickest and most effective in my opinion.
