During my walk and run the past few days

My watch has been connecting and disconnecting from gps.

It really affects my run. Cant track pace properly just done a 6km run it registered about 3km. I have checked all I can think of on phone and watch. Please help.

Hi @Samrun, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! Regarding the GPS connection issue that your Fitbit Versa has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat. In case the issue persists, contact them with the reference number they provided and they will be happy to follow up and assist you accordingly.
