Versa’s app notifications

I have an iphonex and have paired it with my Fitbit Versa but not all app notifications are showing on my account. Am I not able to receive Facebook, IG or Snapchat notifications anymore with the new iPhone?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @ebifulco32. I am sorry for the delayed response.

 

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that you're not receiving all notifications with the new iPhone. I recommend confirming that "Show In History" option is toggled on: iOS system Settings > Notifications > Messages > 'Show In History'. 

 

Usually a missing requirement is the cause and I recommend confirming the steps to set up notifications in this help article: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? Move on to the troubleshooting steps if the issue persists. 

 

Upon checking with our Support team, I was told that you have already contacted them. I know they will be glad to help you out and provide a solution, please keep working with them.
