My versa not tracking steps accurate amount of steps. Also when I swing my arms or walk in place....doesn't add to the count.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Ginny2. I am sorry for the delayed response.
I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing your concern about your steps being tracked accurately. Your watch is a motion sensor on your wrist and I recommend confirming the following are correct in the Fitbit app:
Since we use height to estimate your walking and running stride lengths, you may want to measure and manually adjust these values if your legs are longer or shorter than average. For more information, see How do I measure and adjust stride length for my Fitbit device?
Sometimes, when you start walking, your steps may not update on your device right away. After about 10-15 continuous steps, you'll notice the steps catch up and start updating in real time with each step you take.
For more information about the accuracy of the Fitbit devices, please see here.
I'll be around if you need further assistance.
