Versa's back button not working

When i enter the alarm settings it is not possible to go back by clickiing the left button as it did before. I have to hold the left button for a long time but then it will exit all the  way  to the start menu or restart the versa. 

So now it is not possible to change alarm settings.

@Eirik0000 it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since the left button is not working properly.

 

Please clean around the button by using a toothpick in order to remove any dust or moisture that this part of the watch may accumulate. After this, press the button for 15 seconds again and see if it starts working properly.

If hold the back button for a long time it will restart the watch but it does not do anything with a short press. So now I cant change alarms or anyrhing else that needs to use the go back function. So if I enter the alarm menu I have to restart the watch, Then the button will work for a short time and the same problems occur after a while
