All of a sudden my back button has stopped working. It depresses when pressed but nothing happens on the screen.

Hi @Me10nie, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since the back button stopped working.
Please clean around the button with a toothpick in order to remove any dust or moisture that this part of the watch may accumulate. After this, press the button for 10 seconds and see if the issue gets fixed.

Thanks for the help but it hasn't resolved the issue. I'm not sure if it was after an update or not but it has stopped working anyway. It was it replaces at the beginning of the year due to an error in the whole watch??
