Hi,
I have been having a problem with my versa which has been happening since the last update about a week ago. I wear my versa only for exercising then I power down. Lately the battery keeps draining and showing 0 percent eventhough it might be 80 percent when I shut it down. Also I use to push the single button on the left to power up the unit. That does not work anymore. I have to push all three button to power up. i checked and that was not listed as a change in this OS update.
I have reset to factory twice to try and fix this with no luck. My last factory reset I removed all the apps from the fitbit app and it is still doing the same thing. Any suggestions to fix this issue would be greatly appreciated.

@Ras_michael, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa's battery drained completely when it was turned off. I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
Due to this, let me go ahead and forward your case to our Support team so they can investigate further and provide a solution. You will receive an email from them soon.

Thanks for your response. I also receive a response from customer support which didn't help much. This morning I turned versa off with 82 percent battery. I just turned it on now and it on 29 percent. My question is... is there a way to revert back to the previous firmware that came with it? Can I do a factory reset and prevent it from updating to the latest firmware?
