Versa's battery draining fast

Hi my versa battery is draining very quickly I have turned off all stats and charged correctly but still not lasting any suggestions please.

Hi thank you for your reply, since posting I have done a factory reset and
fully charged , but it is still not holding a charge for long , I phoned
fitbit today they went through a restart with me at 11am battery at 98% it
is how 2pm and battery is 55% so still not lasting .

I only had this happen once.  It was a WiFi problem.  I had attempted to connect my Versa directly to a WiFi network and the network security kept booting it, resulting in the Versa going in to a loop of trying to connect over and over again.  After deleting the network from Versa it solved the issue.

When I did factory reset I didn't add WiFi so assuming it's not connected ?
, I have also noticed that the heart rate isn't working have turned it off
and on
