Versa's battery draining fast

Hello . My Fitbit versa is less than a year old but since the past month -month and a half the battery will not last for longer than 7h. If I put it on fully charged then with an hour I am on only 85% battery left and that is without notifications turned on, no exercise done, ... has anyone got the same issues and what can be done about it. Quite disappointed in my versa...

@Alex9377, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa's battery is not lasting as long as it should. I totally understand how you feel about this.

 

I'd like you to try the tips that are listed in this help article in order to improve the battery life of your smart watch. After this, monitor the battery's behavior and see if the issue gets fixed.

I logged into the forums today to see if anyone had posted exactly this.
We’ve not changed any settings but are lucky to get 2 or 3 days out of it at the moment.

@RacingSnake, thank you for joining us in this thread. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa's battery is draining fast as well even though you have not changed any settings.

 

If you haven't done so, please try the tips that are described in this page. This article contains some tips that you many have tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.

Hi , thank you for the link to the settings that may help battery life but anything that is advised is already put into practice: no music, no wallet, no notifications, just the plain step counting etc and stil after 1h I have lost 15% battery life! I will have to hand it back in, hope you @Fitbit can either solve or exchange it...
