Versa's battery draining fast

My Fitbit versa 2 is brand new just 3 weeks ago and the battery dies in 4 days or less, it says on the website that it’s 6 days+ battery life... anyone knows if this is normal?

My problem wasn’t only the battery life, and my problem till now is still haven’t been solved. It’s been a month of going back and forth with this and I am now requesting a full refund. My experience with Fitbit just gets worse and worse.
