Hello all


My new Versa fully charged to 100% at night then I turn it off, 12 hours later turn it on, battery drop to 48%. I thought turn it off will save the battery life,  but actually it drop faster than have it on. Is this normal? It happened twice. ( I made sure it charged the versa over 2 hours to 100% before turn it off )

Regarding the battery draining issue that your Fitbit Versa is experiencing, I'd like you to try the tips that are listed in this help article. After this, monitor your watch for the next 24 hours and see if the battery doesn't drain fast.
