Versa's battery draining fast

My Fitbit verse isn’t holding barge for more than 20 hrs ! But when it goes on the charger, the battery appears to be charging , the battery symbol looks like its charging but the charge % is dropping rapidly.  It is suggesting that the charger isn’t draining battery not charging ! 

The charger has been playing up now for a while and I thought it may have been my home plug sockets, but that definitely isn’t the case .

Hi @CorpsClaire, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear about the battery draining issue that your Fitbit Versa experienced. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via Twitter and email. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.
