Versa's battery draining quickly

I got my Versa yesterday, I charged then started setup.  I did add a bitmoji clock and I have had to charge for the 3rd time today.  Woke up to it dead, was at 5% by 1145am after fully charging.  Shut off all features but kept the clock.  Left it on charge for 2 hours and then at 830 tonight it was at 8% again.  Changed the clock to a basic one and still have everything else shut off.  This is very frustrating as I keep seeing people say dont use the features.  I bought the limited edition and I now feel I wasted my money.  I will see how long this charge will last.  I will put it on at 1030 tonight to sleep.

Hi @Schallerl It sounds as if it is probably defective to me. Let us know how you go tonight with it, but if it continues running down so quickly there is something very wrong, and it will need to be exchanged.

Try restarting it several times before you put it on tonight in case that helps it.

I did not reset it, but I took it off charge and it lasted 4 hours and 31 minutes as I put it on right when I went to sleep.  It was fully charged and was on the charger for 2 hours.  I am charging now and will restart before wearing today.

Did a factory reset and wore it to the gym.  All features are off and it used half my battery life at the gym.

Welcome to the Forums @Schallerl. Hey @NellyG.

@NellyG As always, it's great to see you around helping users! @Schallerl Thanks for trying all of those steps and letting us know that you initiated and exchange with Amazon.

Since you are having it exchanged by Amazon I'd like to ask you to keep us posted on how the new one behaves and if you experience the same issues with that one .

We look forward to your reply.
