Versa doesn't work properly

My Versa doesn't count all steps when I work out.  My heart rate is also not correct.  I'm almost tempted to wear my MyZone belt to see how much it is off.  One way I know it's not working correctly is the weather.  It could be in the 50s and my Versa says it's 20 below zero.  I've contacted customer service and they've been no help.  It's just going in circles.  As of right now it is just good for telling time.

Hi, if you're using a Third Party Clock Face, change it to one developed by Fitbit itself and restart your Versa. If you're using a Fitbit Clock Face, restart your Versa 4-6 times in a row by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see after each restart the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. This resets the internal system of your Versa.
