Versa’s buttons won’t work

My Versa’s right 2 buttons don’t react when being pressed, and the left one works sometimes. My Versa glitched a lot sometimes. I’ve recently purchased it. Not sure what the issue could be but restarting the watch didn’t help with the buttons not working properly.

I’m having the same problem. 

My buttons will not work. The left button is totally dead, and the right side are the same, so I can’t shut it off but, I can reset the watch. Weird.
