Versa's clock face won't change

the activity wheel just keeps going round 'N round.....All I want  is the "business" clock face back or any analog clock face with a second hand that gives me the day 'N the date (I know the month.....lol)  Plus, I lost a whole bunch of activity days from last month & the beginning of this month which I am not really as concerned about those lost stats as I am about changing that clock face back......Please help, you have my permission to change it......Thank you in advance.......😉

Hi @SenecaBabe, due to the recent events, I apologize for the delayed response. However, it's great to see you in our Fitbit forums.

 

I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa doesn't change the clock faces you are trying to install. Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, try changing the clock face again and see if the issue gets fixed.

 

Also, check out if your Versa has the most recent firmware version. To learn how to look for new updates, follow the steps listed in this help article.

yeah, nothing has helped, I have NO  'remove'  button any where relating to the clock faces.....every time, I sampled a new clock face which has only been a few times, each clock face just replaced the last clock face with the new one until this final time which NOW won't let me change it anymore....and like I said before ALL THIS MESS STARTED WHEN I clicked on an 'Update' from Fitbit & it deleted months of stats -- NOW, It Prevents me from changing the clock face to the 'Business' selection under the Fitbit group.........first, it quit recording my efforts only on Wednesdays, now every day I work out & walk & record my new day, I lose a day in the past....its maddening.....and I don't even really care so much about the lost stats as much because the results are in my body but NOT BEING ABLE TO CHANGE that clock face is disheartening......😧

 

I have rebooted, restarted, force stopped, cleared caches, cleared data, uninstalled the app, reinstalled the app & just don't know what to do anymore & it's so frustrating to have a product that DOES NOT WORK and Nobody Will Help.......😭.....Please just go into my app and reset or whatever you can do to get rid of this pain, please......
