Versa's data won't show up

My versa broke and they sent me a replacement but my data won't show up or has disappeared, I can only see like 4 bits of data .plus it freezers all the time and I can't see any 1 elses data.

@SunsetRunner welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since your data won't show up.

 

In order to avoid any confusion on my end and provide the correct information, please let me know if the data that won't show up is happening on your Versa itself or your Fitbit Dashboard. Was your replacement Versa set up as a replacement unit on your existing account?

 

If your Versa freezes, please try restarting it as described in this help article. After this, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issue gets fixed.

Hi, nothing helped ive rebooted my versa clock, a number of times, my replacement get a carried on, on my existing one , it's takeing ages to update on my versa and I can't get past the first 4 or 5 posts on mine and anybody else's and most of the time it won't load i just get a black narrowed circle in the middle.and also my messages are delayed too.
