Did the new update a few days ago. Woke up this morning...the face/display of my FitBit Versa does not light up. It will vibrate. It charges. It tracks everything perfectly. Just won’t light up. Please help!

Regarding the screen issues that your Fitbit Versa is experiencing, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via phone. I'm so glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.
