Versa's left button changed

Before update my left button was set on “notifications.” After update it automatically set to music control. I went into settings and tried to change back to notifications but it defaults to music control. There are 3 options: Music Controls, Quick Settings, and Notifications. The Quick Setting option works as well as music controls but it won’t allow me to set to notifications anymore.

@AnitaKnapp welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since the left button can't be set up to show the notifications assigned.

Please try a factory reset. To do so on your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data. Please sync your watch before this in order to avoid losing current data. Finally, try to set the button for notifications again and see if the issue gets fixed.

I was having the issue where it would not allow me to select an option under the left button menu. If you go into the settings app there is an option for the left button, and when it Cycles through you can use it to select notifications. Tested and working on my versa currently.

I finally was able to set my notifications. I don’t know if it was the iOS update glitch or just me. Yesterday I went through all troubleshooting and still was not able to receive notifications. Today I went back into settings and when I reached Left Button and scrolled through to notifications, I held in the left button to set it to notifications. I don’t remember if I missed that step or not, however since holding in the button, I now receive all notifications. Thank you for responses.

How do you get to settings? I’m facing the same problem and I can’t see my click faces or any apps or my activity stats. But it is syncing with app. Please guide me.
