I have been mostly pleased with my Versa for a year and a half now aside from multiple band replacements. But a month ago or so the left or back button stopped working. This wasn’t a big problem as I could navigate the menus by swiping or using right buttons. After the most recent update, however, I charged my Fitbit and powered it down to give it a rest and it will not start with my using either of the right buttons or attempting to hold down both left and bottom buttons together. I have tried pushing for 20’seconds and cleaning the button with a toothpick to no avail. How can I get my Fitbit started?

@LoweryChaser, welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the screen and button issues that your Fitbit Versa experienced, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via phone. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided.
