The button on the left if my Versa ll doesn't work- it won't press in. Any ideas?

Hi @seagerF, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the left button issue that your Versa 2 has experienced, I'd like you to clean around the button with a toothpick in order to remove any dust or moisture that may be affecting the functionality of the button.
After this, monitor your watch and see if the issue gets fixed.

I woke up to same problem this morning. There is nothing to clean, it is pristine. I just got this in July. Any other ideas? I took it off and put it on charger but that hasn’t changed anything yet. Also, it will not sync this morning. Normally I sync upon waking to seesleep stats. It tries to sync for a couple minutes then says couldn’t sync.
