I have done every single step on the notifications page, including the trouble shooting.
I've restarted my phone, the versa, turned off Bluetooth, turned on and off the notifications on both my phone, in the FitBit app and on the device itself.
It can't be Bluetooth because I can change the clock face and customize the apps but whenever I get a text message or call, my watch does nothing.
I have tried the live chat twice and been disconnected and had to restart the chat.
please help. thank you.

Regarding the notifications issue that your Versa is experiencing, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they sent you an email after the chat conversation got disconnected. Please check out your email account in order to follow up.
