Versa's screen blacked out

Screen blacked out. Seems to be on and calculating stats. Fully charged. Watch & strap cleaned. Read that I may have turned screen off. But how can you turn back on through phone? Please help.

Regarding the screen issues that your Versa experienced. I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they sent you an email including some instructions and also requested some information. Please reply to their last email and they'll be happy to proceed and assist you accordingly.
