Versa screen became blank

During the night,  my screen went grey. It eventually went totally black. It is still tracking my steps, however, the screen is black. Help.

Regarding the screen issues that your Fitbit Versa experienced, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via email. I'm so glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.
