Last month first week of March 2020 i realized that my Versa 2 sometimes doesn't swipe and even doesn't respond to the left button. Last couple of weeks it also freezes and only i have is a Black screen!
Tried reset, sometimes responds sometimes still on black screen.
Anyway my main problem is i couldnt reach to anybody on help forums. I can only see a way to contact with tweeter message, its ok but i do not use tweeter. Should i open a tweeter account to get help from fitbit customer service? Kindly isnt it a better way to share email or phone details on your help page? Am i wrong?

Regarding the screen issues that your Versa 2 experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums. I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.
