The screen on my versa has completely crashed tonight. It just has lines running down it. I’ve only had it since August. Will it get replaced?

As far as I know, the warranty period is two years, so contact Fitbit with your problem.

@Staceylee1 Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Versa's display crashed. I'd like you to try some troubleshooting steps that have been helpful for this type of issues. Please restart your tracker as described in this help article. After this, charge your tracker for 2 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
