I’m not able to see any information on my watch. I can only see icons but no data. I can enter my passcode but that’s it. Anyone else have this issue?

Hi @RaeMes, welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the display issues that your Versa has experienced, I would like you to try a factory reset. To do so on your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data. Sync your watch before this in order to avoid losing current data.
After this, monitor your Versa and see if the issue gets fixed.
