My 1 year old Versa watch screen is fading and looks pixilated. I have restarted the watch and re-syncd and it is still fading.

@RLY_66, I'm sorry for the late response.I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since the screen is fading and is pixilated. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
Please try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issues get fixed.

Since the factory reset my watch won't connect and the screen is fading even faster.
