Hi, The screen on my versa will freeze and none of the touch commands will work and sometimes the button on the left will not work as well. I have restarted and sometimes it works for a while and sometimes I have to keep restarting. I have changed the clock screen in the app multiple times to see if that will help and it doesn't. It still keeps all my stats and the time is correct. I can sync the info to my app but I can't use the watch to start tracking exercise bc the screen freezes. What do I need to do?

When the touch screen is working, try a Factory Reset by swiping left to Settings and then About, Factory Reset.

I would like to follow up and would like to know if the issue persists or if it got resolved after trying the factory reset process that @SunsetRunner recommended.

My Versa is freezing on the Weather App. I don't even bring up the Weather App, it just pops up on the screen and freezes. I am not able to push any of the side buttons or swipe. When it finally does unfreeze, it takes a few minutes to start working properly (swiping is delayed).
I have re-setted the Vesa many times but still won't work. I am doing the factory reset now. Hopefully this fixes the issue.
I love FitBit but unfortunately their products do not last long. This is my fourth or fifth FitBit and they all mess up before the year is up. 😠

UPDATE: Factory Resetting it DID NOT WORK. It actually made it worse. Now It gets stuck on every app screen for 5+ minutes without any of the side buttons working.😡😡😡 So frustrating. I have had this Versa less than a year. What's worse if you want to use the warranty to replace, they will send you a refurbished one as if that will be better. The new ones don't even work, what makes them think the refurbished ones will.
