Versa's screen is glitching

Hello,

if I don’t wear my fitbit for a day or two my screen will glitch quite a bit even if it’s fully charged. When I flip my wrist to check the time it will often not show the clock face. Sometimes it won’t even show the clock face if I press the button. Often times when I try to swipe the screen to access another app (I have no external apps), the screen will not switch. I’ve seen similar posts on the forum about similar issues and have followed all of the recommended things fitbit support have offered to others but to no avail. It’s mid-May now and I received my fitbit at the end of March. I rly love it but this is for sure a bummer and sets back my workouts way more often than I’d like. What are my options?

Regarding the screen issues that your Fitbit Versa has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.
