Versa's screen keeps on freezing

For the last few weeks mine seems to be frozen all the time. I have reset my versa 2 (soft and factory reset)..but it still keep on freezing most of the time..i can’t swipe the screen and used it during my workout..so i feel very sad and i hope i can get the solution ASAP..thanks.

Regarding the screen issues that your Versa 2 has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via email. Please reply to their email in case the issue persists and they'll be happy to follow up and assist you accordingly.
