Versa Lite not syncing all data

Hi

i wondered if anyone can help: my Fitbit versa lite is only synching steps. It’s missing things like active steps an hour and daily exercise. Noticed it’s missing from yesterday afternoon.

ive got the updated app on iPhone and tried resetting the watch. Can anyone help?

I'd like to follow up and help you with your Versa Lite since it's not syncing all your data. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

 

Please try a factory reset. To do so on your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data. Sync your watch before this in order to avoid losing current data.

 

Finally, monitor your watch during the next 24 hours and see if it syncs your data properly.
