Versa 2 screen won’t swipe

For about two months now my Versa 2 won’t swipe off home screen.  If I do get it to swipe the icons won’t work.  Resetting it, charging it doesn’t seem to work. I haven’t been able to get a hold of it to talk to somebody what can I do? I got the Fitbit for Christmas 2019.

Regarding the screen issues that your Fitbit Versa 2 is experiencing, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

I'd like you to try a factory reset. To do so on your device, follow the steps listed in this help article:

 

  1. Hold the back button for about 8 seconds. 
  2. When the Fitbit logo disappears:
  • Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds). 
  • Hold the button again until they feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates they initiated the factory reset.

After this, monitor your watch and see if the screen issue gets fixed.
